Abrasive Flap Discs types are Tiger DiscT for medium to high production environments includes a full line of application specific discs (Big Cat , BobCat and Stainless Grinding) or Vortec Pro for low to medium production environments. Sizes available at 2", 3", 4", 4-1/2", 5" and 7". Grain Types are zirconium and aluminum oxide. Applications: finishing; cleaning; metal fabrication; aluminum fabrication; blending weld areas; stainless steel grinding & deburring; stock removal & dressing.

Resin Fiber Discs sizes are available in: 4", 4-1/2", 5", 7" and 9". Grain Types are ceramic, zirconium & aluminum oxide. It is used in the applications such as stock removal; weld smoothing and cleaning; grinding and finishing of metals, plastic, wood and fiberglass; rust and paint removal.

For Blending and Shaping Fillers Carborundum marine file strips (stick-on, grip-on and clip-on) are the best choice for blending and shaping all types of marine fillers – paints, primers, plastics and fiberglass.

For Consistent Finish with Uniform Cut Rate Designed to deliver a consistent finish with a uniform rate of cut, Carborundum flap wheels wear away, continually exposing fresh abrasive. Conformable to most shapes, they are available in conventional cloth and a non-woven mesh – in coarse to fine grit.
