Binks Pump Outfits

This pump is used in low to medium to high pressure systems with light to medium viscosity coatings. It can supply air assisted, airless and low pressure airless operations. This pump can also be used in a circulating system or a dead end system.

The outfit includes B8-D pump assembly, Fluid and air controls, Siphon kit, Hoses and binks mach 35L Air assist, airless spray gun. The spray tip is not included. If the spray tip is required, the user must specify for it while purchasing.

The air assisted plus automatic gun's compact, lightweight design provides superior finish quality with a low cost of ownership. It comes in four models including the standard gun, acid catalyst spray gun, high volume, low pressure (HVLP) and a high fluid flow gun.

Spray tips for this equipment are available in sizes from .009 in (0.229 mm) to .021 in (0.533 mm) to spray a variety of material viscosities. Its outstanding finish quality enables it to withstand higher atomization pressures.

The Graco manual air assiated gun is a high pressure air-assisted gun designed to effectively atomize today's high performance materials. It has an excellent transfer efficiency and improved ergonomics.

The unique feature of this product is the 4000 psi (280 bar, 28 MPa) fluid pressure rating for atomizing high solid coatings. It's small, comfortable handle to reduce operator fatigue. It has stainless steel material passages for use with waterborne coatings as well as two component coatings. It also features Reverse - A - Clean (RAC) tip designed to reduce downtime caused by frequent tip plugging.

The Graco automatic airless gun is a compact, lightweight design that provides a quality finish with a low cost of ownership. This is a compact design with built in flexibility.

This product features compact style that is simple to mount and also is capable of high production speeds. The benefits of this product are easy maintenance and repair with removable spray gun on manifold.
