Airtak - Compressed Air System Filters

Airtak Compressed Air System Filters are available in capacities from 10 to 10,000 SCFM. H Series aluminum filter housing are available with 3/8" to 3" NPT connections and can operate at up to 250 PSIG. F Series carbon steel ASME coded filter housings are available with 3" to 10" flanged connections and can operate up to 150 PSIG. Filters are also available for high pressure, high temperature and special applications.

Beach Filter's Polyclear II series of filters offers the F-GGC, which is a small disposable unit, and the F-40C with mounting brackets and replaceable element.

These specialty filters are ideal for instrument air and pneumatic controls. The In-line filters, which are not Polyclear II®, are direct descendents of the original Beach filters from 50 years ago. These units are constructed of polyurethane coated aluminum, have 2 replaceable elements, and can be purchased with an *acrylic tube (C Models), or aluminum with sight glass tube (AW Models) for ease of inspection, or closed aluminum tube (AL Models) to suit the desired application.

Hankison HF series compressed air filters provide the exact degree of filtration needed for your application. Housings with modular connections eliminate the need for interconnecting piping. Wall mounting brackets allow for easy installation. Bayonet-style housings and push-on elements make service easy. Standard options include: differential pressure gauges, liquid level indicators, and automatic drains.

The important feature of filter silencer is the ability to mount vertically and horizontally. There is durable carbon steel construction with powder coated finish or galvanized steel. It has fully drawn weather hood - no welds to rust or vibrate apart. The interchangeable elements are Polyester, Paper and HEPA.

Mist Eliminators are heavy-duty, self-cleaning coalescing filters designed to remove oil and water aerosols from compressed air systems with minimum pressure drop. They are used to eliminate the sub-micron oil particles produced by lubricated compressors which can cause product contamination and equipment fouling. Proven in use, ZEKS Mist Eliminators feature low internal velocities, long dwell times, long element life, and high efficiency.

The HEF series filters are capable of meeting these demands. Available with a complete range of 4 high efficiency filter cartridges to cater for all air purity requirements. The HEF series filters can be used alone or in combination with a special assembly kit. They are available with many options such as, for example, a differential pressure gauge, a level indicator, or an internal condensate drain.

Quincy filters are critical components for a compressed air system. Air is your 4th utility, clean and dry air is the force that drives your production. Clean compressed air ensures that machines function correctly. That is why many facilities install compressed air filtration within the compressor room as well as at point of use.
