Air Dryers - Refrigerated cycling and non cycling, Heated desiccant and heatless Desiccant.

Quincy Air Dryers are designed for maximum reliability to protect critical production processes with clean,  dry air.  They remove moisture allowing clean,  cool air to flow directly to your production line. The result is an efficient compressed air system that reduces energy costs and eliminates clogged pipes and valves that can lead to production line equipment failures.

Refrigerated

Quincy Refrigerated Air Dryers purify compressed air by chilling it to approximately +37°F. This causes entrained moisture to condense. Condensed moisture carries airborne dirt and oil to the separator where it is removed from the air stream by an automatic drain.

Cycling - These units save energy by cycling the refrigeration On & Off response to demand. A three - stage heat exchanger system is employed to provide the cold storage necessary for the operation.

Non Cycling - These units use a two-stage heat exchanger to maintain consistent dew points, Freeze-ups are prevented and optimum performance is maintained.

Desiccant

Quincy desiccant dryers purify compressed air by absorbing water vapor. The units direct the flow of wet compressed air through a bed of highly adsorbent desiccant.

Heatless - These dryers use a small portion of the dried compressed air to purge the off-line tower.

Heated Purge - These dryers use less dried compressed air to purge the off line tower than the heatless series.
