Apex quality begins with select raw materials. Only carefully chosen, high grade tool steel is used to make Apex industrial fastener tools. Each tool is precision machined from solid bar stock to close-tolerance standards. You always get an exact, sure fit-a fit not possible from tools made in a process that grows less precise with every stamp. Finally, each tool is tempered with the exclusive Apex heat treating process that lets you select the degree of hardness you require.

Bits

The screw Size in general is 7mm. The d rive Size  is ¼. The o verall length Metric 44.5 and d iameter Metric is 11.1. Bits can be of Hi – Torque, Nut setter, Phillips, Slotted, Socket head, Torx or Tri – wing.

The Hex Size of hand driver is ¼. The o verall length is 8 ½. The o verall Length Metricis  216. The b lade projection is 4.375. The b lade projection metric is 1 11. Hand drivers can be AWL, Hollow Handle, Replaceable Bit Driver, Insert Bits or Torx Hand Driver.

Most of the sockets are Non-Magnetic. The s tyle is  6 Point. The Hex Opening is  1 1/2 inches and the o verall Length is 2 ¼. The n ose end diameter is 2 ¼. The d rive End Diameter is  2 1/8. The o pening Depth is 1. Sockets can be Metric, SAE or Torx.

Universal Wrenches like sockets are non – magnetic. They have a style point of 6 points. The hex opening is 13mm. The overall length is 58mm. The nose end diameter is 17.5mm. The socket length is 25.4mm and the diameter can be upto 22.2mm. The clearance depth is 11.9mm. These can be Metric or SAE.
