EXACT T-Grip Screwdriver

Lightweight, ergonomic T-Grip design reduces operator fatigue. A slim nose piece design allows easy access in tight areas. The Bosch EXACT shut-off clutch is designed to minimize operator influence on the fastening process required on a production line. Bosch shut-off clutches are the among the worlds' best in providing excellent repeatability & accuracy; our repeatability rivals that of some DC nut runners costing thousands more than comparable Bosch air-driven and cordless tools.

Angle EXACT Nut runner

The angle EXACT Nut runner has high-tolerance precision shut-off and lightweight, broad torque range. They also have 0.7 second trigger repeat protection. The slim angle-head design can be positioned in 45 degree increments. LED and audible shout-off indicators are present. Hex, quick-change and square heads are available in both straight and angled configurations.

Designed for production assembly environments, our batteries produce more than 30% more energy than a conventional NiCad battery to provide extremely long run times and increased charge/discharge cycle capacity. Bosch batteries use our APT (Advanced Power Terminal) system to ensure that the right battery is always used with the right tool or charger.

Bosch battery chargers use intelligent microprocessors that evaluate and charge batteries efficiently, quickly and carefully. Battery life using this charger is about 1,400 - 1,500 charge/discharge cycles. Charging range for all Bosch batteries is from 7.2 to 14.4 Volts.

The Bosch Fuzzy Logic charger calculates required charge time based on battery voltage and temperature. This process greatly extends battery life and does not require fully discharging a battery before recharging it. Battery life can be increased to as many as 3,000 charge / discharge cycles.

The four bay charging station is a one hour charger that continually regulates itself. If a battery begins to overcharge the unit initiates a drop in the charging current or further reduces the current to a trickle charge. This charging system allows a battery to reach its maximum life span. Battery life using this charger is about 3,000 charge/discharge cycles.

Colored rings snap onto the nose of any Exact T-Grip or Angle Exact model. It provides easy color-coded torque setting identification for tool operator. It is ideal system for a fast-paced production environment where process control is critical.
