Hydrothrift - Closed Loop Dry
A cost - efficient way to maintain consistent equipment cooling temperatures and prevent corrosion. Any heat - producing industrial process or equipment will benefit from the installation of this system. That's because the HydroThrift system removes heat from machines and processes continuously, cleanly and with little or no maintenance. Completely automatic operation and control of flow, temperature and pressure. HydroThrift CD cooling systems are two-component systems utilizing a compact pump package and a remote, air - cooled heat exchanger. The system is filled with a low - cost, water / glycol coolant mixture which is continually circulated under pressure through the process or machine. Operation is so simple, no assigned operator is needed. Pumps, heat exchanger and control package regulate temperature, flow rates and heat exchange using a fixed amount of coolant indefinitely. And because it is a self - contained system, you won't need to add or change water or glycol.

All water - cooled heat - producing industrial processes and equipment will benefit from the installation of this thermostatically controlled heavy - duty (CE) system. That's because it removes heavy heat loads from machines and processes by supplying coolant economically within 10 degrees F of ambient wet bulb temperatures. Continuously, efficiently and with minimum maintenance. Completely automatic operation, reliable control of temperature. The system is filled with a low-cost, water / glycol mixture which is continually circulated. Because it is a self - contained system, you won't need to add or change the glycol coolant which prevents freeze problems.

| Hydrothrift - Open Loop Evaporate
OE-type systems are more economical in terms of initial equipment costs; however, they may incur maintenance costs associated with scaling, fouling, and water treatment packages. OE-type systems are also operated where heat transfer fluids, such as glycols, are not allowed, and/or the cooling medium comes in direct contact with customer product, such as plastic and aluminum extrusions. Packaged Open Cooling Tower Systems (OE) include a cooling tower and a pump and control unit. The pump and control module includes pump(s), motor starter(s), and thermostatic controls for the tower fan motor(s). Operation is so simple, no assigned operator is necessary. The control package regulates temperature, flow rates, and heat exchange, using cooling tower water. Systems are available up to 2500 tons.

| Hydrothrift - Closed Loop Chilled Water
All water - cooled heat-producing industrial processes and equipment requiring coolant supply temperatures below those possible with an evaporative type cooling system are candidates for this thermostatically controlled heavy - duty (CW) system. That's because it removes heat from machines and processes by supplying coolant from 20 to 90 degrees F at the most severe ambient design conditions. Continuously, efficiently and with minimum maintenance.

The dry coolers of the series RWD include air to water heat exchanger, fan motors
with axial ventilators and microprocessor control. They cool a water flow
using ambient air only. They have been designed using innovative constructional
technologies and solutions, this obtaining a range of machines endowed with
high efficiency and a broad range of available capacities, with the possibility
of customization and various different installation solution. A number of
models have been designed to be installed in both the horizontal
and vertical positions; in other cases, a special kit allows very simple,
