AGMD Automatic Spray Gun

DeVilbiss AGMD spray guns were designed specifically to meet the demands of high production automatic spray painting with robots and/or reciprocators. The AGMD’s unique patented “quick release” feature allows the spray gun to be detached from the adapter mounting and replaced without tools for precise repositioning in just seconds. Certified atomization guarantees repeatability and optimal atomization. Available with three mounting options, the AGMD is the best choice when throughput and reliable repeatability are critical to production.

Designed for use with robots, automatic machines and stationary mounting, the AGXV Automatic spray gun is built to withstand the harsh conditions common to automatic spray finishing applications. Only two moving parts for greater reliability and easier maintenance. Patented Teflon needle packings are spring loaded for extended service. Abrasive fluid packing available as an option for more abrasive coatings. Detachable spray head for fast needle packing replacement. Circulating capability standard. Optional remote fan control.

The JGA-HVLP suction feed spray gun offers easy-to-use suction feed operation with the high transfer efficiency of HVLP. That means you get the flow rate and uniform spray patterns you want using conventional suction feed fluid delivery. 300-grade stainless steel fluid passages offer waterborne compatibility, corrosion resistance and protection from harsh self-etching primers.

Finally – a spot repair spray gun with the control needed for spot repairs plus the comfort of a full-size spray gun. The DeVilbiss SRi™ is the ultimate spot repair spray gun with the versatility needed for invisible, top quality repairs. Ideal for production environments where spot repairs are necessary, the DeVilbiss SRi is the best choice for comfort, balance, and superior atomization/spray performance.

The VTX HVLP spray gun is a midsize, lightweight spray gun ideal for wood finishing application of non-grain raising dye, toner stains, semi-wipe stains. The new jet impengement orifice technology provides more consistent and uniform spray patterns and eliminates "mottling" and "haloing".
