Aro Diaphragm Pumps

The extensive ARO diaphragm pump line boasts high value, quality built pumps that are made to last in the harshest of applications.

Aro's patented "unbalanced" major air valve has constant air pressure applied to its small end. This assures that the pump resets. Some competitive designs can lose their signal during every shift, making them vulnerable to stalling.

To reverse the valve, air pressure is supplied to the larger end of the valve, allowing the valve to shift - note that constant air pressure continues to be applied to the small end.

The Aro diaphragm pump line spans from 1/4' transfer pumps through 3" high volume pumps boasting over 1 million cycles prior to repair.

Virtually eliminate fluid shock with a pulsation Dampners from Aro or Graco. On pump change-over, fluids tend to pulse or spike in delivery or pressure. When used in critical dispense and batch applications, pulsation can limit the ability to control fluid dispense.

A pulsation dampner (also known as accumulators) significantly reduces pulsation through pressurized fluid control, leveling off spikes that occur during change-over.

Our line of batch and cycle counter controls measure and control the dispense of air actuated diaphragm pumps in all types of fluid dispense applications.

Graco CycleFlo Controllers are designed to allow various materials to be batched in simultaneously. The microprocessor-controlled batching controllers also run at high fluid pressures, with low flow rates without any downstream regulation.
