Railway Filters TF

The domnick hunter TF range of Railway & Transportation filters provide filtered air to ISO8573.1 air quality class 1.-.2 and will assist in achieving class 1.2.1 where a domnick hunter TD Railway dryer is installed within the system. A filter package combining High Efficiency Water Separation (99% efficient) with High Efficiency coalescing technology (particle retention down to 0.01micron) ensures the compressed air system will operate efficiently with reduced downtime and maintenance costs.

The domnick hunter Medical Vacuum filters are designed for critical applications involving the removal of bacterial and other contamination from the suction side of vacuum pumps, preventing infection of the pump and the atmosphere. The main application areas are in hospitals where a vacuum source is used for suction in wards, operating theatres, maternity units, dental departments, pathology laboratories, pharmacy laboratories, mortary and postmortem rooms.

Unless pre-filtered air is further treated with a sterile filter element that maintains absolute intergrity over its entire life span, that air will not be sterile. The remaining micro-organisms will in normal conditions, multiply exponentially, but even a few will lead to diminished product quality and contamination of dowstream applications.

Domnick hunter MIST-XL Mist Eliminators are the result of extensive research and development, and many years of experience in the design and manufacture of high efficiency compressed air treatment equipment. Offering the ideal solution to ever increasing demands from industry for clean, high quality compressed air, efficient removal of oil-mist carryover from piston or oil flooded rotary compressors, is essential.

The worlds first totally regenerative Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) filtration systems are now available from domnick hunter. These patented, modular, compact systems have been developed to make obsolete all traditional, bulky, activated carbon filters. Having a field of operation many times broader than activated carbons, these new systems are fully regenerative and totally effective against all airborne contaminants, and provide breathable air. Independently tested to remove nerve agents, choking / blood agents, nuclear particles, viruses and bacteria. These all in one NBC filter systems are modular and scaleable to suit preferred needs.

The removal of impurities within a compressed air system is vitally important in order to prevent contamination of downstream processes and products. The Solution domnick hunter OIL-X 50 Series intermediate pressure filters combine the well proven OIL-Xplus filter elements with specially designed housings to provide high efficiency filtration for applications up to 725 psi g (50 barg).
