FDA Pumps

• Ideal for food-related applications requiring high flow rates
• All fluid contact materials are FDA-compliant and meet the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21
• FDA pumps have an epoxy coated, aluminum center section
• FDA Plus pumps have a 316 stainless steel center section

Quick Knock Down Pumps

• Ideal for applications that benefit from the convenience of quick knock down design, but may not require leak detection
• Available in ball (3150 3A or SB) and flapper (3150 SF) designs, and easily converts from one to the other with optional kit
• Stainless steel fluid ends, meet or exceed a 32 Ra finish and can be disassembled in 5 minutes or less
• Over-molded Buna-N, Santoprene, Viton and PTFE food-grade elastomers Husky 3150 3A available with 1.5", 2", 3" and 4" Tri-Clamp connections
• Electronic leak detector is available for all models, but comes standard on the 3A pump
• All models covered by Graco's 5/15 year warranty

Drum Transfer Pumps

• On-demand pumps, ideal for fluid transfer and supply in semi-viscous applications
• Flow to 4.0 gpm (15.1 lpm)
• Maximum fluid pressure of 600 psi (41 bar, 4.1 MPa)
• Available in double-ball and priming piston designs
• Delivery up to 8 gpm (31 lpm)
• Fluid outlet pressures up to 1000 psi (70 bar, 7 MPa)

USDA-approved Senator FT-14 quick knock-down pump

The Senator 4:1 sanitary pump is constructed of 316 stainless steel, with a 2 in (50.8 mm) sanitary tube flange outlet and can be fitted into open-head drums or directly inserted into a 4.5 in. (114 mm) closed-head drum bung. It is an on-demand pump; by closing the outlet and dispense valve, the pump will stop until flow is again required.

Senator Features and Benefits

• Maximum flow 23 gpm (87 lpm)
• Maximum pressure 400 psi (28 bar; 2.8 MPa)

• Evacuation rates with standard 2 pump systems from 28 gpm to 200 gpm
• Equipped with an inflatable wiper for tight seals
• Unique floating ram plate eliminates the need for exact positioning of bin under ram plate

Standard with an inflatable ram plate seal, the 3150 BES minimizes seal leakage and allows quick replacement of the empty container. An all-pneumatic version is available for applications that do not require metering or batch control and an electronic version is available for those applications that do.

BES Features and Benefits

• Equipped with two pumps and flow rates up to 100 gpm each
• Bin evacuation times of less than three minutes
• Pumps, cylinders and ram plates are all made of 316 SST
• Available in pneumatic and electronic versions

Drum Unloader Packages

• Evacuation rates of up to100 gpm running at 100 cycles per minute
• All packages work on demand and do not require special controls to shut pump off when fluid line is shut off
• Improved plate design with inflatable wiper seals allows for faster change-out of drums
• Packages fully assembled and tested prior to shipment
• Packages capable of pumping from straight-sided fiber drums, chimed metal drums and tapered plastic drums
