Graco Uni Drum - High viscosity sealant, adhesive and ink bulk tote un-loader

Graco bulk tote un-loader and feed system delivers high viscosity fluids on-demand throughout your facility. With our tandem un-loader package, stations are continuously supplied without ever running out of materials.

Graco Uni Drum Bulk Tote Un-loader and Feed Systems

Graco's Uni-Drum bulk tote un-loader and feed system delivers medium to high viscosity fluids on-demand throughout your facility. With our tandem un-loader package, stations are continuously supplied without ever running out of materials. Two systems are tied with a control package that automatically switches to the full container when a tote is depleted.

Uni-Drum 1000 and 1200 packages supply sealants and adhesives from bulk containers.

For systems where medium to high viscosity sealants or adhesives are sprayed or dispensed and other bulk applications.

• Reduces ram pump and tote container floor space requirement

• Provides fast tote changes and guarantees drum alignment

Ram Plate Features and Benefits

1. Neoprene rubber wiper rings: Durable wiper is assembled to the ram plate by 3/4 in. (19.1 mm) banding strap that keeps the wiper firmly and securely attached to the plate.
2. Strategically located vent valves: Allow the ram plate to exit the drum in a smooth and trouble-free operation while remaining clean and maintenance-free.
3. Shock-absorbing exhaust restrictors: Maintain smooth exit of the ram plate.
4. Specially designed pump mounting collar: Designed to anchor the pump to the ram plate to assure trouble-free operation of the pumps and the plate.
5. Also allows for quick pump change-out during routine maintenance.
   Manual bleed valves: Located near the pump inlet to assist in quick priming of the pumps.
