Hosco provides a wide variety of hose and fittings in nylon, coaxial and teflon material. In addition,, Hosco provides technical tubes, static wire hoses and other accessories to support the fittings.

Nylon Paint Hose

Hosco NP nylon paint hose features seamless extruded construction with inside and outside dimension held to close tolerances. Hosco NP is tough, lightweight, flexible, and resistant to water absorption. It can be used for all types of air and fluid applications and is unaffected by paint, enamel, lacquers, solvents, and water based material. NP hose is available in reels, cut lengths, and straightened lengths in some sizes. Consult Hosco for further information on temperature range, bend radius or other performance factors.

Hosco Coaxial Paint hose is specially compounded to withstand today’s modern paints and solvents and has far greater flexibility for ease and movement than conventional nylon paint hose. CPH hose features a three-layer extrusion of a nylon inner tube, a polyurethane middle layer, and a nylon jacket. It is smooth and seamless with a natural translucent color. It is used primarily at handgun stations to improve ergonomics.

Hosco Teflon Paint hose is constructed of FEP Fluoropolymer, which has excellent chemical resistance and dielectric properties, thermally superior to most other plastics and flushes cleanly during color changing processes. It is also moisture proof, which makes it a good choice for two component paints or other moisture sensitive materials.

Static Wire Air Hose

Hosco Static Wire Air hose is commonly used with air atomizing spray guns where the presence of static electricity requires grounding.
