Designed to handle waxes, adhesives and sealants over a wide range of application temperatures with a high level of consistency, Therm-O-Flow hot melt tanks provide years of reliable service.

With three high performance Hot Melt Tank models to choose from (5, 7 and 18 liters), a variety of heavy duty applicators and high efficiency accessories, Graco's Therm-O-Flow tanks are perfect for all of your hot melt applications.

The most reliable 5 gal (19 l) pump for handling abrasive, high-viscosity hot melt sealants and adhesives.

The Therm-O-Flow 20 has a floating piston seal and flow-through priming plate to improve pump loading of high viscosity materials. The 15:1 President pump comes with a finned follower plate for improved melt rate with lower viscosity materials. Choose from 15:1 2-ball lower or Check-Mate priming piston lower.

The Therm-O-Flow 200 has a floating-piston seal and flow-through priming plate to improve pump loading of high viscosity materials. Choose from 19:1, 31:1 or 65:1 power ratios.

Consistent bead control

Pressure heated and ambient compensating valves are designed to operate in conjunction with the displacement pump to eliminate material flow variances caused by piston pump changeover and unbalanced lowers.

Graco's complete line of applicators include:

Extrusion

• Standard nozzles are available with orifice sizes ranging
  from 0.010 in (0.25 mm) to 0.090 in (2.3 mm).
• Nozzles are also available in lengths up to 3 in (76
  mm). Both EG and Com-pak applicators can support
  multiple orifice applications.

Swirl

• Swirling hot melt allows for controlled wider surface
  coverage for better bonding. Therm-O-Flow manual and
  automatic applicators accept swirl nozzles up to 0.080 in
  (2.0 mm) for high volume application of adhesive.

Spray

• When you need to cover a wide surface area in a short
  time, only air spray gives you the consistency you desire.
  Therm-O-Flow spray applicators and controllers make it
  possible to cover large surfaces efficiently and effectively.
