Screwdrivers

The screwdrivers are assembled at our factory in Thiene, Italy, using Rare-earth motors and oversize shafts. The FAB, RAF, ACC, and CA tools all use our proven clutch design. Over 60,000 of these screwdrivers are in the field today, worldwide, with less than a 2% return rate for motor, clutch, or shaft problems. The PLUTO tools use a high-output motor and do not have a clutch. They are very light and ergonomic, yet are excellent for high-duty cycle applications.

The tension/compression lead cell is made of anodized aluminum with a closed housing design. It has integrated amplifier electronics. This load cell plugs directly into the Micro test Base Unit, as do all micro test sensors. One of the prominent feature is the contactless energy and signal transmission system. It supports overload protection and integrated amplifier electronics. MTBU base unit is required to display torque data and torque sensor is bi-directional.

Automated solutions

Some of the automated solutions like Auto feed hand screwdrivers are simple and reliable systems where the screw or nut is automatically fed into the driver collet head. The automatic down stroke reduces operator fatigue, dramatically increasing assembly rate and productivity. You can feed and tighten machine and self tapping screws, nuts, studs and any other threaded fasteners, with or without washers.
