Multi - Axis Mast Lift

This lift has a pneumatic power source and is safe for heavy paint applications and other hazardous locations. Located in front is a platform, that allows the operator to concentrate on the task at hand. Self - lube bushings and a minimum amount of grease points helps in high production and low maintanence. Festooning systems, provides effective means of routing utilities to operator platform. This lift comes with alternative power sources.

This is a product that allows to access the top of vehicles. This lift employs explosion proof electronic motors with pneumatic signal switches interlocked to the customers conveyor system. A variety of systems have been designed and fabricated by LPI® allowing safer access when manufacturing or servicing vans, trucks, buses, airplanes, railroad cars and locomotives, as well as a variety of other industrial applications where fall protection is a major issue. Easy access to an expanded work surface with fall protection railings improve worker safety and accessibility to roof top equipment to perform required maintanence.

To provide easy access to the outside and inside of large mining truck boxes, the overhead personnel lifts were created. This is a customized 3 - axis pneumatic powered overhead lift system. This type of installation required incorporation into project design and building structure. The end result is the operator has easy access to all areas of the truck bed.

Pneumatic personnel lifts were created for maintenance personnel working on widebody aircraft and other applications. To reach the center beam area of planes and the scaffolding they were using, had to be assembled and disassembled after doing routine maintenance, only to be assembled again in a different area. The roll - out extension of the basket allows the operator to move close to their work but at the same time not damage the product. The lift is pneumatic / hydraulic powered which makes it inherently safe in the entire hangar. The addition of the hose reel trailer allows for connection to air supplies in the floor. Working time for each unit was cut in half with the addition of this lift, and at the same time operator safety was increased because climbing was eliminated.

LPI® was sourced to design a lift to access the fuselage and wings of C - 5 aircraft in a paint booth. This equipment, with extendable roll out, allows the operator to maneuver over the center of the aircraft. The rear wheel drive, front wheel steerable unit can be operated from the controls located in the basket or those on the base of the unit.

Telescopic boom lift comes in self powered and towable models. This equipment quick, safe and provides easy access that increases worker productivity where workers need access to varying heights and irregularly shaped objects, such as aircraft. Air over hydraulic power source helps in inherently safe usage in hazardous environments such as paint prep areas and paint spray booths. The proportional hydraulic controls in operator platform permits ease of operation, handling and maneuverability. Hose reel kit available with this lift provides utilities and flexibility of motion. The AC / DC units are available with this product.
