Summit ConDePhase Plus

The ConDePhase Plus oil - water separator comes in different model based on the capacity of the tank. The available tank capacities are 15, 30, 80, 160, 200, 300 and 400 gallons according to the user's requirements. The dimensions, weight and the water drain properties varies according to the model. The condensate inlet connection's size is 1 / 2 inch and the oil drain's size is 3 / 4 inch for all the models.

ES2000 series oil/water separators are installed as part of the condensate management system and to reduce the oil concentration in the collected condensate. This will also assist a company in achieving ISO 14001. Reducing the oil concentration in water to a permitted level allows the larger volume of clean water, up to 99.9% of the total condensate, to be discharged safely into a foul sewer. This leaves a relatively small amount of concentrated oil to be disposed of legitimately and economically.

The HF Series is a product of the Hankison water separators. This product removes 99% of all the liquid present. The maximum inlet liquid load is 25,000 ppm. This product is suitable for installation in areas with large liquid loads, separation after an aftercooler, point-of-use protection on systems without aftercoolers or dryers. This product is also available with manual or autodrain. It also has an optional heat tracing to -10°F, -23°C.
