Colmet Side Downdraft Spray Booths

Col-Met's EZ-26 Side Downdraft Automotive Booths take fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of your shop using a ceiling filter bank and draw it down and away through floor-level exhaust filters on both sides.

Col-Met EZ-26 Side Downdraft Automotive Booths are easily pressurized with an air replacement unit and cure cycle, and are also easy to install, operate and maintain.

Col-Met's EZ Industrial Enclosure flows clean air through its filtered double entry doors, pulls it across the work area to a filtered rear exhaust chamber, and sends the filtered air up a stack as exhaust. The Col-Met EZ Industrial Enclosure makes efficient use of both your floor space and - with easy installation, operation and maintenance - your time.

Col-Met's premier Batch Powder Booth comes with a sound-attenuated, non-rollaway cartridge collector module and an advanced purge control system. It uses timer-activated air purging valves to clear the cartridge filters of accumulated powder and ensure maximum filter life.

If you have high-capacity requirements and demand complete product coverage, Col-Met's Batch Powder Booth is the booth for you.

Our Open Front Industrial Booths can be configured for practically any production requirement, including compatibility with either batch-type or automated production systems. Air is drawn through the open front, across the work area and into a rear filter bank.

Overspray particles are then trapped by dry arrestor filters before the air is exhausted. Col-Met Open Front Industrial Booths are engineered for both versatility and high efficiency.

Col-Met's EZ Paint Mixing Rooms use a ceiling air intake plenum to filter air downward through the work area and into an exhaust chamber at the lower opposite end of the room. An exhaust plenum re-filters and discharges the air into the atmosphere through a stack. Col-met EZ Paint Mixing Rooms are easy to install, operate, maintain and quick ship.
