Colmet's powder spray booths are engineered for optimal airflow and flawless powder coating. Their walls and plenum sections are constructed of 18-gauge, prime quality steel, and all hardware, filters and sealants needed for installation come included.

Each of our powder spray booths features bright, full-booth illumination from four-tube, 48"-long, 32-watt fluorescent light fixtures (light tubes not included). All fixtures are UL listed and approved for their intended use and placement.

Col-Met's premier Batch Powder Booth comes with a sound-attenuated, non-rollaway cartridge collector module and an advanced, PLC-based purge control system. This galvanized-steel booth uses timer-activated air purging valves to clear the cartridge filters of accumulated powder and ensure maximum filter life. Col-Met's Industrial Batch Powder Booths draws in shop air through its open front and passes it through the booth's work area into an exhaust plenum where it is treated by three stages of filtration and then recirculated no air makeup needed. If you're looking for an easy-to-assemble, low-maintenance, spray-to-waste design, a Col-Met Industrial Batch Powder Booth is the booth for you.

Col-Met's extremely quiet Lab Powder Booth comes with a rollaway assembly cabinet and an advanced, PLC-based purge control system. This compact, stainless-steel booth uses timer-activated air purging valves to clear the cartridge filters of accumulated powder and ensure maximum filter life. For complete coverage of smaller quantities, Col-Met's Lab Powder Booth is the booth for you.

The powder overspray is entrained within the air stream moving to the collector module, where the cartridge filters will remove the particulate. The containment air is drawn through the air handler's primary and final filter system before being discharged back into the room. Coated parts exit the booth for conveyance to the cure oven.
