Stainless Steel ASME Code Pressure Tanks

Graco and Binks provide durable stainless steel construction for use with all fluid materials and solvents. These code tanks meet OSHA regulations for using flammable and combustible materials. Designed for flexibility, these Stainless Steel ASME Pressure Tanks are available in 2, 5, 10, and 15-gallon (7.6, 18.9, 38, and 57 liter) models.

Features and Benefits

• Improved access with a bottom outlet kit reduces material waste.

• Suitable for virtually all fluids and solvents
• Tanks and lids are constructed of heavy gauge 304 stainless steel  and are electropolished
• All models are equipped with a top outlet and bottom outlet plug that can be outfitted for a bottom outlet
• Fitted with 100% stainless steel non-corrosive and non-corroding wetted parts
• Designed to prevent corrosion contamination

These tanks are made of galvanized steel and are primarily used with non-corrosive materials.The bottom outlet is recommended for heavy, viscous materials such as emulsified asphalts, cut-back asphalts, rubber compounds, etc. The maximum working pressure is 110 PSI.

These quality pressure cups provide precise fluid delivery with a 2 gallon capacity, corrosion resistant stainless steel and a wide mouth opening that helps make cleaning the cup easier.

• Air regulator and gauge allow for precise fluid delivery from 0-40 PSIG
• Large 2 qt. capacity cuts down on refills
• Disposable plastic liners provide corrosion protection and reduce cleaning time
• Stainless steel pick-up tube and fluid fittings are corrosion resistant
