Stainless Steel ASME Pressure Tanks

Stainless steel construction for use with all materials. Designed for flexibility, these Stainless Steel ASME Pressure Tanks are available in 2, 5, 10, and 15-gallon (7.6, 18.9, 38, and 57 liter) models.

These tanks are made of galvanized steel and are primarily used with non-corrosive materials.The bottom outlet is recommended for heavy, viscous materials such as emulsified asphalts, cut-back asphalts, rubber compounds, etc. The maximum working pressure is 110 PSI

QMS tanks are all constructed of 303, 304 and 316 grade stainless steel. The tank shell and lid are "electropolished" which "passivates" the stainless steel surfaces against corrosion and removes impurities that may contaminate painting material.

Agitator paddles are molded from glass-filled nylon, which does not react with paint material. QMS stainless steel tanks are compatible with corrosive, waterborne, and acid catalyzed materials, as well as those containing halogenated hydrocarbons
