AIMCO and Uryu's latest generation of pulse tools incorporates significant improvements to provide the lightest pulse tool on the market today. Rollers in the driving blade and an accumulator chamber keep fluid temperature lower for longer life and better repeatability. UL models are non-shutoff operation for lightest weight, while ULT models have an automatic shutoff function for reduced operator influence. Both UL and ULT models provide similar repeatability when used properly.

The In-line models are suitable for bench top or vertical applications. Automatic shutoff function for reduced operator influence is also possible here. There can be more power in a smaller package in addition to an air motor redesign. This is the lightest pulse tool on the market today. Incorporated driving blade rollers reduce friction inside the pulse unit, maximizing the power in a smaller package. There is faster pulsing under load for the fastest cycle times. Reduced friction means longer tool life.

This achieves the highest CPK performance by combining the precision match of a pulse unit, air motor and automatic shut-off. It provides the tightest mean shift across the joint spectrum by releasing less kinetic energy and more pulses per second of applied torque. The high speed rundown reduces fastening time. The shut off mechanism instantly signals cycle completion to operator. The one hand operation frees the other for productive use. The ergonomic benefits reduce fatigue and increase productivity. The quick and easy forward and reverse operation with single-hand reverse lever.

This is ideal for driving stud bolts where frequent reversing is required. Push tool forward to drive stud bolt, and simply pull tool back for automatic reversing. There are special stud bolt sockets available. The high speed rundown, reduces fastening time. One hand operation frees the other for productive use.
