The REA III 100 kV automatic electrostatic air spray gun provides all the benefits of electrostatic finishing - material and labor savings, improved finish quality, and increased productivity - in a modular package that is easily installed, operated, and maintained.

The REA 900A features a cascade module located on the spray gun; and a light, flexible low voltage cable which carries voltage to the cascade circuit. The cascade acts as a multiplier, producing maximum transfer efficiency. The gun is also detachable and quick mounting. And its shroud ensures all components are kept clean for easy maintenance.

The REA 9000W is designed with an external charging probe to apply waterborne coatings with high transfer efficiency without isolating your paint supply. There is no need for other voltage blocking devices or changes to current grounded fluid supply. The gun is simple, rugged, durable and ideally suited to reduce coating usage and provide maximum uptime.

The R-E-M automatic air assisted airless automatic gun combines air and airless atomization principles to produce the highest transfer efficiency possible. It improves both performance and productivity while reducing air pollution, booth cleanup, waste disposal and paint costs. The atomization process allows for substantially lower fluid pressure than are otherwise required by airless equipment. Plus, it's unique nozzle design produces a soft cloud-like pattern of coating partciles that can reach into recessed areas.
