They offer a range of non-code safety valve products and each valve, both code and non-code is set, tested, and retested to the customer's specifications and then sealed at the factory to guaranty performance.

 
 
 

Kunkle valve Model 30

This model comes with brass and top venting. The pressure and temperature limits are 60 to 4000 psig -20° to 300°F. It is used in the applications like Small to medium size, multi-stage, air compressors, intercoolers, aftercoolers, instrument/control air lines and systems and air tanks/receivers and pressurized equipment.

Kunkle valve Model 140

This model comes with Stainless Steel and Side Outlet. The pressure and temperature limits are 10 to 300 psig -60° to 406°F. It is used in the applications like a general utility valve of all SS construction, including spring, for liquid.

Kunkle valve Model 537

This model comes with bronze for 3/4-inch and 1-inch models, Cast iron for 1-1/2-inch and 2-inch models. The pressure and temperature limits are 15 to 160 psig -20°F to 250°F . It is used in the hot water boiler, heat exchangers and generators.

  • An isolating diaphragm protects working parts from corrosion caused by discharged liquid.

Kingston valve Model 100

Model 100 pop-style safety valves are constructed from brass and feature a chrome steel ball on a brass seat. Stainless steel ball available­specify Model 100SS. Crisp popping action at all settings.

Set pressure range on 1/8" 5-100 PSIG.The available sizes are 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" 5- 300 PSIG. The maximum temperature is 400°F.

Kingston valve Model 110c

Model 110C safety relief valves are designed for high pressure application and come equipped with manual test lever. Construction is of cast bronze alloy body, machined brass stem with stainless steel ball, seated on a stainless steel base. Set pressure tolerance ±3%.

Set pressure range 25 to 600 PSIG. The maximum temperature is 400°F.

Kingston valve Model 111X

Model 111X pop-style safety valves are constructed from brass and feature a stainless steel spring and ball on a Teflon O-ring seat. Cleaned and individually bagged for oxygen service upon request.

Set pressure range 5-400 PSIG.The maximum temperature range -250°F to 350°F.
