Screw and Auto Feed systems can easily add automation to your assembly process. Free the operator's hands and eliminate the need to manually screw handling. The increased productivity in the assembly area with the Acra - Feed Automatic Screw - Feed System automatically feeds screws up to one inch in length to the driver. It is designed for feeding fasteners with captive washers.

The Acra Feed is customized for your fasteners and specific application. Acra - Feed systems include the Desoutter LT screwdrivers as standard equipment. It will require 500 fasteners to properly setup and fully test the machine before shipment of the unit

The DTI Selective Compliance Assembly Robotic Arm or SCARA is the answer to assembly line automation. Flexibility of the SCARA allows implementation on fully automated assembly lines or operator controlled work cells. Networking capabilities allow multiple SCARA robots to be controlled from a central factory information system.

DTI Auto Screw Feed System

The Design Tool team has a combined 80 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of automatic screw feed and assembly equipment and vast AutoCAD knowledge. Each DTI 5000 is designed specifically to the customer’s fastener and application. The DTI 5000 automatic screw feeder can be designed with hand held, pistol grip, or straight type air screwdrivers with various rpm’s and torque, with reverse capabilities.
