Air
Tech Vacuum Pumps
AIRTECH Vacuum
was established in 1982 as a distributor of vacuum and pressure
pumps to the printing industry, as well as a large
service center of most brands of rotary vane vacuum pumps. The
demand for immediate service and turn around time prompted Air
tech to implement the 'Exchange Program'.
Customers could
have a replacement pump within hours avoiding down time and production
loss. The
success of the 'Exchange Program'
and AIRTECH 's company policy of complete customer satisfaction,
propelled AIRTECH into various industries who require vacuum
and pressure equipment. AIRTECH's product offering expanded to
serve
all these industries. Today AIRTECH
Inc. serves the United States with sales offices and warehouses
in New Jersey, Atlanta, San Francisco and Chicago.
AIRTECH Vacuum. serves most industries who require vacuum and
pressure products - print, food processing, wood routing, vacuum
lifting, medical and laboratory vacuum among many others.
Regenerative Vacuum Pump
The 2BH series
regenerative vacuum/pressure blower is an ideal alternative
to standard rotary vane pumps and PD/rotary
lobe
blowers;it's innovative light weight and compact design adds
to the ease of operation. The 2BH can quickly be added to your
system with its easy to install close-coupled construction.
The cool running outboard bearings increase service life. Free
is
a word that everyone likes to see when they are looking at
a product, and this one is OIL FREE, MAINTENANCE FREE, and
operates
at a maximum 70 dB(A). The 2BH has an operating capacity range
of 10-1500 CFM and can achieve an end vacuum up to 20" Hg
or a pressure of 13 psig.
AirTech's LH
Series Rotary Vane
AIRTECH's
L&H Series rotary vane oil-flooded vacuum pump
is a real workhorse. Reliability and durability are ensured by
its simple design. Our L&H Series Pump has integral exhaust
filters, vibration isolators, and composite vane material which
promotes longevity. The Air tech pump has an operating capacity
range of 7-460 CFM with the L-Series obtaining 2.0 Torr end vacuum
and the H-Series 0.5 Torr.
Orion Dry Rotary
The compact and lightweight design of the ORION
series dry rotary vane vacuum/pressure pump adds to ease of
operations. It is an
ideal alternative to standard oil sealed rotary vane pumps. The
ORION can quickly be added to your system with its built in particulate
filters and silencers. The cooler running outboard bearing increases
service life. Dry Rotary Vane Pumps eliminate the need for oil,
are virtually maintenance free and operate at a maximum of 70
dB(A). ORION pumps operate at a range of 5.5-150 CFM and can
achieve an end vacuum of 27"Hg and pressure to 14 PSIG.
Air
Tech's Dry Piston Vacuum Pumps
The AIRTECH Dry Piston Vacuum Pumps and Air Compressors are
ideal products for the medical, instrumentation, calibration
and portable equipment OEM markets.
The lightweight compact design and quiet operation makes them
the first choice for equipment that operates in close proximity
to populated environments. Liquid Ring
The 2BL is an ideal alternative to rotary vane
vacuum pumps and older liquid ring technology. The 2BL arrives
ready to use
and requires no external water or oil supply. It has a self-
contained internal water circuit, is oil and maintenance free,
and is insensitive to dust and water vapor. The only thing it
discharges is cool, clean air. The 2BL has an operating range
of 20-180 CFM and can achieve a vacuum pressure of 28.5"Hg
(35 Torr ).
Medical
Laboratory
Air tech is
in a unique position to offer you standard central systems
(SCS) and laboratory central systems (LCS), utilizing
various vacuum technologies available on the market today. Airtech
manufactures a wide range of simplex tank mounted to multiplex
skid mounted systems. Technologies such as rotary vane (oil-lubricated
or dry), liquid ring (totally self-contained 100% re circulating,
once thru or partial re-circulating), and oil-less regenerative
blowers are standard. All systems are thoroughly factory tested
and UL listed. Airtech will custom design and engineer an array
of vacuum systems to meet your needs. NFPA approved medical systems
are also available.

| Quincy
Vacuum Pump Solutions
With
Quincy's rotary screw compressor expertise and engineering precision,
it just made sense to create a line of Quincy Vacuum pumps. And
in 1982, that’s exactly what they did. Since then Quincy
Compressor has been creating complete vacuum systems that incorporate
all of the
features of our rotary screw compressors with the advanced features
that you would expect from Quincy Compressor.
While every
Quincy Vacuum pump is designed to deliver the most acfm per brake
hp, Quincy’s
unique modulation valve delivers full flow capabilities from
zero to ultimate vacuum. This ensures
optimum efficiency and consistent performance, not to mention
the fast draw-down time.
Rotary Vane
The Quincy QV rotary
vane vacuum pumps are designed for industrial applications that
demand high capacity and deep vacuum levels.
The Quincy QV meets the most demanding vacuum requirements, while
providing superior performance in a compact, quiet package. Air-cooled
and designed to operate continuously at any vacuum level down
to 29.9” HgV (Torr), the Quincy QV is environmentally friendly—equipped
with a multi-stage demister/separator that ensures 99.9 percent
efficient air/fluid separation.
Direct-Drive Rotary
The Quincy QSV
direct-drive rotary screw vacuum is designed for easy installation
and maintenance. The direct-drive
package is designed
to easily fit through a standard doorway, and all maintenance items
are conveniently accessed from one side. The Quincy QSV has a fast
draw-down to an ultimate vacuum of 29.5” HgV, which means
quicker cycle times and more powerful hold-down when you need it.
Industrial Rotary
The Quincy QSVI vacuum is available with air- or
water-cooling, and each of the six models is equipped with a fluid
pump to ensure
positive fluid flow to the rotors and bearing assemblies, plus
a removable filter removes particulates and debris. The Quincy
QSVI pump can be set to run continuously or on a start/stop basis
and with the Demand-a-matic control option, you can control two,
three or four units on a rotating lead/lag basis, while a programmable
timer ensures optimum cycling of the pumps.
Medical Rotary
The Quincy QSVB
offers a total vacuum package complete with modulating inlet valve,
control panel, electrical enclosure,
gauges, and exhaust
separation system. The Quincy QSVB has been designed so that
no sealing water is required, which results in a substantial savings
on water and sewer charges while consuming less overall power.
2-10 hp Vacuum
Medical Systems
Designed specifically
for hospital applications in duplex tank-mounted, duplex stack-mounted
or triplex-mounted
modules. Quincy pumps are
compact and quiet with gas ballast and anti-suck valves to provide
constant vacuum levels. |
