Designed for flexibility, the Graco HFR Metering System offers extremely accurate, on-ratio dispensing for two-part epoxies, silicones, adhesives, and more. It dispenses a specific ratio and volume – from the first time, and every time, allowing you to reduce scrap, wasted material, and rework. Its easy-to-use controls gives you the freedom and flexibility to simply configure the components that are essential to your specific application and go to work. It also has an integrated USB interface for easy data downloads and error / event logs for continued analysis and easy service.

Less waste, more profits with accurate, on-ratio dispensing

As the Graco HFR Metering System dispenses material, it automatically fine-tunes and adjusts parameters to achieve a consistent material flow or pressure. With a plus or minus 1% ratio accuracy, you will reduce wasted material, scrap, and rework saving you time and money.
